Safe & Clean Beauty Products

Since the Release of my 3rd Book, "The Non-Stop Paleo Life," many people have been messaging us and asking us questions about how to reduce the daily toxins that we will most likely encounter.  Our foods, our water, our cleaning products and our bathroom products are all loaded with toxins.  A lot of experts say the most toxic part of our house is actually in our bathrooms with all the soaps, shampoos, lotions, deodorants, toothpaste, and beauty products.

For the most part, my clients and patients know about the toxins in our food and understand the importance of eating a clean/organic diet, but a lot of my new clients do not know the importance of going with clean organic beauty & bathroom products (especially for our children.)  When I am at my local grocery store or even Whole Foods, I always look at the labels of some of the children's toothpastes, lotions, etc.  It is unbelievable that some of these companies are sill loading up their products with harsh & toxic chemicals.

With all that said, a lot of you have asked what my kids and my wife use as far as their products.  We have opted to use a company called BeautyCounter.  They actually have a "Never List" which is a list of the most common toxins and chemicals used in beauty products that they have banned from their products.  This ensures us that these chemicals will never be found in our house.
